Produced from a plot of co-planting of red and white grapes from Quinta das Quartas, in Baixo Corgo, and fermented in a granite press. It has a fruity, fresh and enveloping profile.
Grape Varieties: Field blend
Tasting Notes: COLOR: Ruby. AROMA: High concentration and aromatic purity. PALATE: Very elegant, enveloping and with the freshness of fruits of the forest.
Pairing: It goes especially well with marinated partridge. Serve at 16-18°C.
Vinification: Grapes selected in the vineyard and cut by hand. Co-fermentation in a granite press of red and white grapes from old vines.
Ageing: Finishes the fermentation in stainless steel where it ages until bottling.
