Produced from the Moscatel variety. With a prolonged fermentation in stainless steel and aging in Port Wine barrels, it has a complex and enigmatic profile.
Grape varieties: Moscatel
Tasting Note: COLOR: Golden yellow. AROMA: Yellow fruit, light vegetable and saline nuances. PALATE: Umami, crunchy acidity with sweet balance with a salty touch and firm tannin.
Gastronomy: Foie Gras Terrine, Apple Crumble.
Vinification: Grapes selected in the vineyard and cut by hand. Prolonged fermentation in stainless steel at low temperature.
Ageing: Stage in stainless steel at very low temperature. Part of the batch ages in Port Wine barrels.
