Quinta da Romaneira Tawny 10 Anos

This 10 year old Tawny was produced only with extremely high quality grapes from the Romaneira vineyards, having been vinified in the Quinta's mills using traditional treading. Resulting from a batch of wines that aged in small oak casks for around 10 years, this wine acquired all the classic characteristics of a great Tawny. Intense fruit and vibrant freshness combine with the delicate notes of nuts and dried fruits that come from long aging in oak. It can be paired with different desserts. Alternatively, this wine can be enjoyed on its own, chilled, as an aperitif or digestive.

Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca.

Tasting Notes: Pale brick red tawny color. In its complex aroma, the vibrant young fruit blends deliciously with the attractive and characteristic dry fruits aromas like nuts. Rich and smooth on the palate it has an elegant structure and a long finish.
