Tasting Notes: Fresh red fruits and light floral notes. Large mouth volume, good dry freshness, good acidity, medium length and well balanced.
Winemaking: Manual harvest in 25kg cases; alcoholic fermentation during 15-20 days in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
Ageing: In stainless steel vats and bottles.
Pairing: Grilled white meats, risottos and spicy food.
