Quinta de La Rosa Reserva Branco 2022

Grape Varieties: Traditional from Douro. 60% Viosinho, 25% Rabigato, 5% Gouveio, 10% mixture of old vine varieties that includes Arinto and Códega do Larinho.

Tasting Note: Complex wine with stone fruits, some herbal notes, all supported by good minerality. The palate is sober with great tension. The ripe fruits are surrounded by citrus notes that give it elegance.

Winemaking: Part of the fermentation and aging took place in French oak barrels (50%), the rest in small stainless steel vats.

Acceptable Storage Time: 5 Years. It is a wine that can be kept in the cellar for some time, with the guarantee that it will provide great pleasure to taste it in the years to come.

Pairing: Fish, especially smoked salmon, tuna and crab and barbecue chicken.
