Grape Varieties: Malvasia Fina, Rabigato, Fernão Pires, Viosinho
Tasting Note: Citrine/yellowish in color, Reserva Branco has ripe tropical notes on the nose, linked with slight vanilla and new wood stage toast. In the mouth, it is fruity, consistent, balanced and good acidity.
Winemaking: Cold skin contact, pressing with partial exhaustion. Partial fermentation in French oak barrels. 40% in vat, bâtonnage with fine lees.
Ageing: 60% of the wine aged for 6 months in French oak barrels and 2 months in the bottle.
Pairing: Appetizers, roasted codfish and meats.
Ageing Ability: 4 to 5 years after bottling.
