The nobleness of the grapes Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz, associated to the ground and the microclimate of Douro has given this wine personality and a unique character. It has fermented in stainless steel, finished fermentation in used oak casks. We recommend drinking it at a temperature of 8-10ºC.
Grape Varietiess: 90% Touriga Nacional, 10% Tinta Roriz.
Tasting Notes: Colour: Rosé. Aroma: Delicate, fruity, intense. Flavour: Smooth and delicate with a fresh and persistent finish.
Vinification: Slight cold contact with temperature control. It has fermented in stainless steel, finished fermentation in used oak casks.
Ageing: Aging in stainless steel with batonnâge on fine lees.
Food Pairing: Sushi, pastas, risottos and seafood. We recommend drinking it at a temperature of 8-10ºC.
Ageing Potential: It is a ripe and intense wine, specific of the “Terroir” of the Douro, and a positive ageing in the bottle is predictable for a period of 4 to 5 years after bottling.
