Age of the vines: 35 years old
Grape varieties: Jaen, Touriga Nacional, Rufete.
Vinification: Manual harvest between the last week of September and the first week of October. Destemming and maceration for 15 days. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts took place in an open stainless steel mill for 8 to 10 days, followed by a 6-month stage in stainless steel tanks, in contact with the primary lees. Aging for 3 years in 400l oak barrels.
Fermentation: 8 to 10 days in an open stainless steel press.
Aged: 6 months in stainless steel tanks, aging for 3 years in 400l oak barrels.
