Vinification: Manual harvest between the first two weeks of September. 24 hour maceration. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 15 days and aged in the lias for 9 months. It was not filtered.
Fermentation: 7 days in stainless steel tanks.
Stage: 9 months in stainless steel tanks.
