Tasting Note: Ruby color. Flavours of violets, raspberries, pine and pink pepper. Smooth, Very elegant and complex, showing blackberries, dark plums and a very refined coffee hint. Great class and elegance.

Winemaking: Total destemming. 7 days of fermentation with temperature control. 5 days of maceration.

Ageing: 12 months in 3rd year French oak barrels.

Pairing: Roasted poultry, beef, charcuterie, cheeses.

Ageing Ability: 7-8 years
