Tasting Notes: With an intense aroma of figs, dried fruit, jam and honey. On the palate, a pleasant sweetness and an interesting volume and elegance, finishing with a long, balanced and vibrant acidity.
Vinification: A selection of the best grapes of Antão Vaz, will be on the vineyard until November. By this time, it permited the development of rot these berries, increasing, the concentration of sugar. The fermentation will be make at low temperatures, like 12ºC for about 30 days.
Longevity: 2 to 3 years
How to Serve: 7º to 9ºC
