Terroir: Climate influenced by Serra da Estrela. Vineyards planted in soils rich in granite.

Tasting Notes: Pale in color, with rose petals, this wine presents itself as a true bouquet of flowers, with aromas of citrus and red fruits, such as raspberries and strawberries, as well as white fruit. In the mouth it is dry, fruity and aromatic, tasting like a wild fruit sorbet, which takes us far with its freshness, and which lingers elegantly for a long time. This is a new generation of Pinot Noir Rosé wine, surprising and pleasantly gastronomic.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 8 to 10ºC.
