Tasting Notes: Light ruby color typical of the variety, fresh aromas of red fruit, raspberry, cherry and blackberries, currant and cassis, with delicate floral notes, particularly violet. The aromas evolve into scents of licorice and crushed pepper. In the mouth it presents a beautiful balance of open and pleasant acidity, nuances of a discreet and well-integrated toast, which gives it great elegance and delicacy, which allows for an extraordinary gastronomic pairing capacity! A wine that has great abilities for aging.

Serving Temperature: Serve at 16ºC.

Longevity: Excellent to appreciate after a decade of aging.
