Tasting Notes: With violet tones, it shows a very fresh aroma, markedly mineral, with wild fruits. It is fine and very complex in aroma. In the mouth it is enveloping with fresh fruit and silky tannins. A wine with presence, elegant and very fresh. A very unique Dão record, with good acidity, where balance and harmony are evident. It has a long, deep and delicate finish.
Vinification: Dente d'Ouro wine is the result of the effort to preserve the genetic heritage that exists in the Dão region. Lager fermentation, aging in 225l barrels with 10 years and bottled by gravity without filter. Minimalist intervention to preserve the characteristics of the vine.
