Grape Varieties: 100% Baga
Vineyards: Located in the heart of Bairrada, in Anadia, between the Caramulo and Buçaco mountains, at an elevation of around 50 meters above sea level. The oldest vines were planted in 1972 followed by new plantings in 1999.
Tasting Notes: Color: Straw yellow with salmon tones. Aroma: Aroma of wild fruits with a light touch of baking (or sourdough). Palate: Good acidity and freshness with an intense and creamy fine bubble mousse, persistent aftertaste.
Winemaking: Total destemming, soft pressing, natural static decantation. Alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC, sparkling using the classic method with degorgement à la voille.
Pairing: Appetizers, oven-roasted dishes, traditional dishes such as suckling pig Bairrada style and Chanfana.
