Grape Varieties: Alvarinho (90%), Touriga Nacional (10%)
Vinification: Total destemming, 24 hours of skin contact, joint pressing of Alvarinho and Touriga Nacional, cold static decantation (36h to 48h). Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (14ºC to 16ºC). Aged on fine lees in stainless steel vats until bottling.

Conservation and Consumption: Store preferably away from light. Serving temperature between 8ºC and 10ºC.
