Grape Varieties: Alvarinho (50%), Gouveio (50%)
Winemaking: Total destemming, pressing and cold static decantation (36h to 48h). Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (14ºC to 16ºC). Aging of 50% of the batch in French oak barrels for 12 months and the remaining 50% on fine lees in stainless steel tanks until bottling.

Conservation and Consumption: Store horizontally, preferably away from light. Serving temperature between 8ºC and 10ºC.
