Tasting Note: Garnet color. Intense aroma, fruity and with a slight evolution. Full-bodied, round and smooth flavor. Medium finish.
Gastronomy: Served at a temperature of 16/18ºC, it goes well with cheeses as well as practically all Mediterranean food.
Vinification: Fermented with stalk and skin in stone presses for 10 days. The doughs are pressed and this press wine is separated. Malolactic fermentation takes place after leaving the mill in an oak barrel. Aging 75% in cement deposits and 25% in American Oak Barrels.
Expected longevity: If kept in good condition, it has a good chance of improving for a few more years.
