Grape Varieties: Rabo de Ovelha
Tasting Notes: Greenish yellow color. Intense, mineral, fruity aroma, an excellent combination of natural aromas characteristic of the variety. Fresh, intense flavor with great volume in the mouth. Light and fresh finish.
Gastronomy: Served at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC, it goes well with fish and seafood dishes.
Vinification: The fermentation of this wine in the first day was made in contact with the films. It was cleaned and then the remaining fermentation was done in contact with the lees. At the end of the fermentation, it was decanted for two months.
Ageing: In stainless steel
Expected Longevity: If kept in good condition it has great possibilities to improve for a few more years (more than 5 years).
