Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional (80%), Tinta Roriz (10%), Alfrocheiro (10%). Vineyards aged 34-64.

Tasting Note: The expression of the personality of Dão wines is very evident in this Reserva 2015 wine. Made with best selection of Quinta da Vinha Paz grape varieties, this wine presents deep ruby color with purple nuances. The aroma reveals notes of ripe fruit with the presence of black plum, blackberry and soft nuances of blueberries married with balsamic notes, candied orange and spices thin with touch-up of dried fruits. In the mouth it presents itself with elegance, delicate smoothness, balanced volume, where mineral notes are expressed fresh and velvety tannins. Good expression of harmony with an evident long finish of high refinement.

Gastronomy: Should be served at 18ºC to pair with structured dishes and cheeses.

Winemaking: Integrated production method. Manual harvest with selection of the best grapes. Light filtration.
