Anel (means ring), this is our commitment to Earth!

The Proibido and Permitido wines increasingly have a common denominator: Minimal intervention both in the vineyard and in the cellar. We therefore respect what the vineyard gives us, and we try to make the transformation of grapes into wine as natural as possible.

Grapes: Viosinho, Gouveiro and Rabigato.

Soil: Schist

Sub-Region: Douro Superior

Tasting Notes: This wine has a light aroma of white fruit. Medium-bodied, it is fresh in the mouth, but with a vegetal touch. Persistent finish.

Vinification: The bunches were destemmed, the grapes fermented and aged in small stainless steel tanks on fine lees for about 8 months. Vinified with an open spout.
