Tasting Notes: Color: Deep garnet color, open at the edges. Bouquet: With very defined aroma of cherry and plum, provide a pleasant and well rhythmic symphony, while revealing a content of fresh herbs. Taste: The dominant element is mature red fruit. Final Note: The mouth reveals itself fresh, with the continuation in a relatively monolithic style, but that does not lose focus.
Gastronomy: Ideal to accompany red meats or stews like beef and lamb. Service Temperature 15-18C.
Vinification: The grapes are all from the same vineyard, which gives its name to the wine, the fermentation is done by varieties in small stainless steel vats. Malo-lactic in partially new wood, followed by rest in new barrels for 12 to 18 months.
Preservation: Storage or preservation conditions are very importante if one wants to preserve the wine characteristics and guarantee a steady evolution over time. The storage place shoulde be ventilated to prevent proliferation of fungi and guarantee suitable room temperature. Bottles should be kept in a horizontal position safe from oscillations, vibrations or unpleasant odours. The wine must furthermore be stored way from light and in a high relative humidity environment.
