Grape Varieties: 100% Pinot Noir

Tasting Notes: Color: Pale salmon. Bouquet: Very fine, full of elegant fruit, with notes of cherry and raspberry. Taste: Lightly toasted, all with delicacy and restraint. It is a beautiful sparkling wine, very light and fresh. Final Note: Balanced and glow.

Gastronomy: Recommend its use as an aperitif, in moments of leisure, or with fish dishes, seafood or pasta. Service Temperature: 8– 10ºC.

Vinification: Classic method of second fermentation in bottle, with minimum 12 months of cellar rest.

Preservation: The storage or storage conditions of wines are very important if we want to preserve the characteristics of the wines and guarantee a regular evolution over time. The place of storage must guarantee: An adequate temperature and with some ventilation in order to avoid the proliferation of fungi. It must allow the disposal of bottles lying down. Absence of oscillations, vibrations or unpleasant odors. Bottles must be protected from light, keeping the relative humidity high.
