Grape Varieties: Viognier
Tasting Notes: Notes of apricot, raisin honey, marmalade and nougat. In the mouth it is fresh, with volume and intense flavor, with a tangerine sensation. The sweetness is balanced by the acidity and minerality of the whole. Excellent aromatic exuberance, intense fruit notes: tangerine, fig and dried apricot. Also noteworthy, for the notes of orange blossom, very present. Enormous aromatic complexity, which translates into a constant discovery.
Vinification: After the natural drying process, the bunches were crushed in a vertical press to obtain a more concentrated must. The resulting must fermented at a temperature of 16ºC for 4 weeks. After fermentation, the wine aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
