Grape Varieties: Baga

Tasting Notes: Made from the Baga, a wine that reveals a lot of complexity in the aroma. Notes of ripe red fruit, spices and balsamic aromas In the mouth, tannin is present but balanced, long and very persistent.

Vinification: Baga harvest from old vines, 90 years old, made in the 3rd week of September Fermentation in an open stainless steel mill with controlled temperature, followed by aging in new and used 400L French oak barrels for 18 months.
