As if itwere a musical piece, interpreting thework of others, is like picking up a song thas has already been sung 1000 times. There are always different ways to sing. This ancestral vineyard has a delicate combination of notes, called chaste,which result in a Classic (wine consumption) of the Douro. A set of more than 20 notes, inwhich Donzelinhawhite, Reconco, Carrega White are some of the ones we've heard play,say drink.

Grape Varieties: 100% Old Vineyards.

Tasting Note: Citric yellow color, fresh and mineral aroma with some creamy notes. The attack is dense, rich with good acidity.

Vinification: Grapes are harvested by hand and transported in 18Kg boxes. Direct press ofwhole bunch, cold decanting, barrel fermentation with bâtttonage. Ageing for 10 months in neutral barrels.

Gastronomy: Matches well with grilled or oven dishes.
