Grape varieties: 60% Aragonese, 30% Trincadeira and 10% Alfrocheiro.
Tasting Note: Bright pink color with shades of salmon. On the nose it has a raspberry and cherry aroma with a little lemon. Balanced freshness. In the mouth it is smooth with notes of strawberry, fresh fruit and an aromatic and long finish.
Gastronomy: Perfect for Italian dishes. As it is a fresh wine it combines well with dishes of oriental cuisine like sushi. Recommended consumption temperature 10º to 12ºC.
Vinification: Mechanized harvest at night, total destemming followed by cold shock in a mass exchanger. Bleed the vat until the desired color is obtained. Cold static settling for 48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.
