Grape Varieties: Encruzado 100%
Tasting Notes: In the nose the fruit and minerality stand out, in the mouth it is fresh with some volume and balanced finish.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel with batonage for 5 months. In order to keep all his potential it was not stabelisated by cold. only a sligh filtration before bottling.
Gastronomy: Consume at a temperature of 8º to 10º, accompanied by all fish dishes, light meats and cheeses.
