Grape Varieties: Viosinho, Rabigato and Malvasia Fina from vineyards about 25 years old in granitic soils from Douro.
Tasting Notes: Aroma of exotic fruits, citrus and mineral. In the mouth it has structure, some fat and acidity, causing a fresh and persistent finish.
Gastronomy: Fish and Seafood, Risottos and Pastas, white meats and Asian food.
Vinification: Fermentation with cold technology, with a temperature between 15 and 17ºC. The mechanical processes such as crushing and pressing were as smooth as possible, and in an inert environment, in order to preserve all the aromatic potential of the grapes.
