Produced from a blend of Gouveio and Rabigato from the Douro Superior, aged in 2nd year French oak barrels for 10 months, thus resulting in a very fresh wine, with saline nuances and well-defined and balanced acidity.
Grape Varieties: Gouveio and Rabigato.
Tasting Note: COLOR: Straw yellow. AROMA: Citrus aromas, light vegetable and saline nuances TASTE: Precise, with well-defined and balanced acidity.
Gastronomy: It goes especially well with seafood.
Vinification: Grapes selected in the vineyard and cut by hand. Whole bunch pressing, partial fermentation in stainless steel and used barrels.
Ageing: In used French oak barrels with a capacity of 300 liters for 10 months, with fine lees bâtonnage.
