Quinta do Pessegueiro Plenitude Tinto 2022

Grape Varieties: Old Vineyards (100 years old) 100%.

Tasting Notes: Ruby colored wine, black cherry aromas, as well as some forest notes. In the mouth it is elegant, but with density and body, demonstrating the characteristics of the year 2019.

Vinification: The grapes were transported in 25Kg boxes to the winery. They were kept in a cold room for 12 hours, then driven by gravity to the granite presses, where the complete fermentation took place with indigenous yeasts. The wine aged for 30 months in 225L barrels and 600L barrels.
