This wine is the result of the most genuine expression of terroir, following the oldest and most natural practices of wine production. We use traditional winemaking techniques – fermentation without the addition of sulfites and no addition of animal proteins – suitable for vegans.
Grape Varieties: Alvarinho
Tasting Notes: Slightly straw colored, warm aroma, with nuances of ripe stone fruit, persistent, full-bodied and mineral, with a slight touch of wood, we propose a special white wine for unique moments.
Vinification: Total destemming, pre-fermentation skin maceration. Pressing the grape must until pression of 0.8 bar. Natural sedimentation by static decanting for 24 hours at 14ºC.
Fermentation: In stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 17ºC until total breakdown of sugars, without the addition of sulfites.
Ageing: In stainless steel vats, with fine lees batonnage for 2 months, 8 more months on fine lees before bottling. Followed by 3 months in bottle.
